Hi all!

Skinny, fat and somewhere in between! (Bex) | The Shape of a Mother
I am trying to be more accepting of myself and my body post baby... I still have at least 7kgs to lose to get down to a weight I am happy with that I know is still healthy and I am taking it slow... I don't want to lose it too fast and fall back into bad habits again... although that is soooo very hard not to do. I am fighting it every single second of every single day, and i still don't like mirrors and HATE going shopping for clothes.
Thanks for reading!![]()

Thanks girls!!
Thanks for sharing your personal story. It's interesting to hear from someone who on the outside many would be quick to judge and think that they are happy with how they look due to being thin. I hope that makes sense.
Wow! Excellent workI hope your story inspires others in the same situation! You are absolutely gorgeous by the way!
Even when I was at my thinnest, I still thought I was HUGE... I had no idea I was so skinny, and I couldn't get skinny enough to be happy. So the size of a person really doesn't indicate their happiness with their body! Yet I still find myself looking at skinny girls and thinking they are so lucky and must be so happy with their bodies even though I know better!!
Well done being published! Can I say though, that I really cannot see where you would lose 7kg from. That is a large amount of weight - a kg of fat is about the size of a really large sweet potato, and from your picture, I can't see where you would lose 7 times that amount from and remain healthy. Don't beat yourself silly trying to be some man made ideal.
