To make fudge or not to make fudge?

    That IS the question!

They were making fudge on TV this morning and I thought gee my fudge is better than that and now I want some!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I don't think fudge really fits into the new ultra healthy eating philosophy around here

    OOOOO do I do it???

    what's your recipe?
Pretty much good chocolate and condensed milk, plus whatever 'bits' I want in it or leave it as is. I like it simple, makes a nice chewy fudge.

No. Step away from the chocolate and put the condensed milk down.
If you're trying to be healthy then fudge isn't a part of your new lifestyle unless you're making it to share so you can only eat a square or 2.
