I am thinking about using one for contraception, i figure it is hormone free (the pill is no good for my mental state- therefore IUD is out too as they use progesterone too) but other than that i dont really know alot about them...

Can anyone tell me about them and if they are good?? And also how do i go about getting one? Can my GP handle it or do i need to see a gyno???
