Axolotles and missing limbs

i have 2 golden albino axolotles, ive had them for little over a year now and had no problems, i have just noticed tonight that one is missing half a leg! there is nothing in the tank it could have hurt itself on, so the other must have attacked it
is there anything that i can do/put in the water to help it heal?
is it possible it would grow back?

I'd say the other one ate it/attacked it. Their known to do that. And yes it should grow back.
