4 weeks and 4 days

Hi! Every one.
This is my first pregnancy. Right now my emotions are all over the place im over the moon that im Pregnant im scared because its my first and i dont know what to expect.
I had my blood test today. I have to wait untill Friday before i go back to the DR ( im not worried about he results).
I also have MS (RRMS) i have to ring my Neuro and tell him that im Pregnant and the date i stopped my MS meds.
I guess the fun starts now
