Its very normal to have cramps in early pregnancy. You will experience pains right through your pregnancy. My cramps were so bad this pregnancy i pretty much lived in a warm bath which helped a fair bit. Im now 16 weeks and everything is perfect.

I got a bit of cramping in the early days, still get the odd stretchy niggle especially when I cough or sneeze. Heavy oh god need painkiller cramping or if you start bleeding should definitely be checked though. Or even if you're just worried and want reassurance.

Hope it all disappears and you're laughing about this in about 8 months or so...

cramping can be normal, as your uterus will be stretching, especially as its your first time, so congrats to that but if they get really painful, or you start bleeding, go get yourself checked out. hope its nothing xxx

Cramping is very common. I know for myself I had cramping from conception right to now on and off and I am nearly 5 months so this is normal in many ladies.

I know how you feel. This is my first pregnancy and I keep getting cramps like I was getting a few days before my period.

I'm 10 weeks 2 days today. I still get them on and off but the nausea I'm feeling helps me realise I'm really pregnant.

As the others have said if you get bleeding or the cramping gets worse then see your dr.

    Hugs.
