    [vent] BAD kitty!

This might be the onset of 'sibling' rivalry as my EDD approaches, but today my 6yo cat...

Woke me up at 5am with a dug to china attempt in the kitty litter tray that lasted over 10min...

Came into our room shortly after and started licking and scratching at a plastic bag... Crinkle crinkle lick lick crunch crunch....sooo annoying! I tell him to bugger off and he leaves..

Comes back in 20min later and spews up on my handbag! Just liquid stuff not food stuffs... Poor DH cleans it up and we try and go back to sleep...

An hour later he's back meowing for breakfast, we ignore him, so he goes into our ensuite and drinks from the toilet!! Ewww ewww ewwww!

Then he jumps on the bed and rubs his wet toilet face on my arm and flicks his tail in my face and puts his bum on my pillow! All the while he's purr purr purr!!

    / end vent

He's usually a very sweet loving boy, I wonder if he is having some anxiety over the incoming arrival of our first baby?

Maybe? My kitty is a bit more attention seeking than she has been in the past, wanting lots of pats and cuddles and talking more...nothing naughty from her though. I think they know something is happening.

My cat refused to have anything to do with me for 2 years after I had my first child. He has slowly forgiven me, It has only taken 2 more kids and 5 years in total (athough he still only barely tolerates the kids).

Oh no Misty! I hope that doesn't happen Pumpkin my cat is the most gorgeous boy, he is a persian mix with a big fluffy orange coat, chubby cheeks and button nose. I just love him to bits!

One of my cats (who now lives with my mum) is called Pumpkin!!! She's a gorgeous orange fluffball (and a rarity, being a ginger girl), hence the name! And part of my username Hehe.

My cat wees down the plughole in the bathtub if she can't get outside! Which is actually quite preferable to on the floor!

Mum's cat does that!! He's about 10 years old now, and he's been weeing in the shower for years, over the plug hole of course.
In our old house he used to be able to get to the toilet. Hilarious to walk down the hallway to the toilet and see Tiger carefully squating on the toilet.

Yes she squats over the plughole and then 'covers it up' by scratching the tub! On a side note, cat wee seems to be an excellent brass plug hole polisher! Makes it really shiny!

Haha! Pumpkin will use the bath or laundry sink if he feels his litter tray is not up to his standards lol.

I gave him a stern talking to last night and he has been a very good, smoochy cat all day
