    Fussy Eaters...

Are you a fussy eater? I am and always have been! I don't think I'm that bad. I eat most things I just don't like most veggies. Not great, I wish I did like them but I don't. Annoying when wherever you go for dinner there's probably going to be veggies involved. I actually do like a lot of veggies raw, not cooked. But I can't ask for that because then I'm even more of a weirdo and I'm sick of having conversations about it.

Does anyone find the same thing? Whenever your somewhere and it comes up you don't like something then everyone has to keep going on about it. Well why don't you like veggies? That's weird? What do you like? Tell us the things you like! What don't you like? Do you eat this? Do you eat that?

Get lost!! Arrghhhhhhh I hate going to DH's parents place coz they always do that. Whenever they're thinking about dinner 'oh heaven probably won't like that'. The other day at dinner they seriously asked me to list all the things I ate, wtf? Leave me alone! And they're always watching me when I eat to see what I'm going to eat. Omg, I think it's rude and am over it!!

    Am I the only one?

I am. I don't really do fruit but I'll give some vegies a go. It's terrible and I HATE being like this... my DS is even worse and I blame myself.

I wish I could bring myself to eat more fruit and veg!

I'm a fussy eater. I'll only eat certain brands of foods but overall i'm not too bad.

DD1 is just like me & it drives me crazy. I now feel bad for what i put my mum through when i was little.

DD2 will try anything & is a fantastic eater but DD1 is very different.
She wont try new foods & if you give her something new to try she'll just pick at it. She'll even prefer a plain piece of bread over new food.

Hmm DH says I'm fussy but thats because I like certain things a certain way and with certain sauces and so on.

But I do eat most things. I too enjoy a lot of veg raw, carrots, fresh peas, fresh corn and some others.

I use to only eat them raw when a kid but I now eat them cooked most of the time. But I think that has more to do with how things are cooked now, nan use to over salt and over cook everything to within an inch of its life and everything came out the same grey colour lol So fresher were nicer. Have you tried cooking them differently?

I draw the line and pickled pork and silverside. Otherwise I tend to eat (and enjoy) whatever is put on front of me
DH is similar but he had preferences.
DS is allergic to veggies, so it seems

I'm not that fussy, but DH is, he hates anything processed, sugary, unhealthy. Which can be a good thing obviously, healthy for all of us really, but it drives me nuts when I just feel like grabbing a kebab or something- yup, even kebabs are hands off, don't even ask about McDOnalds or KFC.

Thing is, we've been together for a really long time, and even though I crave junk food like a crazy person, to be perfectly honest, whenever I eat it, I feel like crap and reset my 'junkfood timer' - and realise that actually, I like eating healthy too.

Oh, and I can't stand cauliflower.

I wouldn't say I am fussy, however I don't like offal and some pork I don't particularly like. I will try most things and lucky for me so will my DH. DD is a little fussy but I think it is more her age than anything else b/c overall she does have a good variety in her diet.

I'm not a fussy eater. But I don't like Vegemite. Can you imagine?!?! An Aussie who doesn't like Vegemite?!

A few of my friends are fussy, but if we have them over for dinner, I always get them to remind me what they don't like, because I don't want to cook something they won't enjoy.
