When does the bloating (and cramping) stop?

I've experienced bloating from about 6 weeks. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. By the end of the day my stomach looks twice, maybe three times the size than it does in the morning. That along with the cramping keeps me awake at night.

    When does the bloating stop?

And do the cramps/growing pains continue throughout the pregnancy? They still make me paranoid. 1st pregnancy lost at 11wks 4 days, I've been anxious/paranoid all week seeing I've been at the same stage.

    thanks

Hey babe, my bloating im not really sure....now i just look pregnant cause im 19 weeks. The cramping/stabbing pain i have had on and off throughout this pg. It was worse with my first pg though, I had such bad pain with my son i thought i was having a miscarriage, the hospital gave me a morphine injection. That was around 13 weeks?
Growing pain is normal hun, i lost an angel around the same stage, so i know how scary it is. All i can recommend is rest and if your worried, go to your OB or the hospital for an ultrasound, just for reassurance. Huge xxx

Mine stopped during my 13th week. I was very bloated and sick and suddenly it all stopped, stomach deflated the works. Only part of my stomach that is firm now is up near my belly button. That was freaky lol, and I've been told not to worry but its hard not to! (I'm seeing my OB next week so I have to hold out till then hehe)

So never fear it will be soon, from what I've read everyone is different so It could be tomorrow or a few weeks for you and try not to worry (easier said than done i know) just rest and take it easy.

Drinking enough water helps your body let go over it a bit. They recommend 1-1.5 liters a day. I know easier said than done!!

I think my preggy belly just gradually overtook my bloated belly, ITMS
The bloating does suck though and I was always a lot worse in the evening (and I am again). I take a fibre aid (like Fiber Gel) every day which does help and try to eat smaller meals, especially in the evenings. I found I couldn't eat as much as the weeks went by anyway so that may explain while the bloating subsided

I had tightenings more so than cramps after the first tri. You do get growing pains the whole way through though (round ligament pains, tight belly, stretching, etc) so try not to worry

I had a lot of cramping in my first trimester and the obs told me it was normal, just all the muscles stretching out. Mine stopped around 12 weeks, but I still get muscle pains, which are normal as well =D I get bloated all the time, because basically there just isn't enough room in there!
