    Essential Oils for Labour?

    Hi all,

Just wondering what essential oils you used (if any) in labour? Some websites have reccomendations for different combos depending if you need to speed up or slow down labour or relax or energise, but I'm thinking I will just bring one blend with me to hospital/use at home. I will probably use it in the bath (at home) and then inhale it on a hanky at hospital.

So far I'm thinking that clary sage, jasmine and lavender seem like the most popular and I think they would smell alright together.

    TIA

Clary sage doesn't smell nice with anything Disguise it as much as possible!

I also read somewhere that citrus oils are good? So I had lime, as well as bergamot, because that's always a favourite.

I somehow wound up with two bottles of clary sage - let me know if you want some.

I also added clary sage to a massage oil blend.
