Wedding cake topper

Ok, it was either recipes or weddings that I put this into.... I chose weddings as it's more specific.

My brother in law is getting married in a few weeks (5 weeks) and my mil is in charge of the cake topper (bil and sil are working out west woopwoop for another 4wks).

We are looking for nice ones that don't cost the earth, but mil suggested a Doctor Who cake topper. I have no idea where i'd get them or if anyone makes them...

I was hoping you girls would know, or even if you were crafty enough to make them, we might be interested commissioning someone to do it

We googled dr who cake topper and found someone who made their own and put a photo up on photo bucket (if you can find it on there, I think that's what mil is sorta after).

I'm not sure if it needs to be edible, it it's not, least they can keep it forever..

Know anyone or somewhere that could make such a thing?

There is a great place at browns plains I get all my stuff from there and she is soo not expensive at all!!!
