still bleeding/spotting 3 months after DS3 again!

its abit of a rant but also looking for advice and info for my doctors.
since having DS1 i spot/bleed everyday (might get a week off once and awhile)
only stops when pregnant lol!
have tried different meds (one was like chocolate lol), others different strength pills (25mg and 50mg) and the implant. none which have worked. cannot have the coil as allergic to sertain metal and also allergic to latex. i have had D&C's and still nothing has changed.
im seeing a new doc friday. i have been told maybe an ablation will work (but its only really used to lighten bleeding which is not the problem) or getting my uterus taken which i have defently said no to!
the pill i'm on is 50mg and my mood swings so bad poor dh doesnt know whats going to happen we have never had a fight but its turning me literally crazy, and i and him know this is not normal. so i dont want to try anything stronger as i am afraid i have heard what stronger ones can affect people worse emotionally.
one doctor has said no more kids (3 c sections in just over 3 years) but never given a reason. just i shouldnt have anymore.
i dont think i've even had an af since DS3, its just mainly spotting and has not filled a pad, (cannot wear tampons as i have two holes lmao! long story there!)
all i can think about is how can i live life just spotting or bleeding until one day i go through menopause. its already becoming costly as i am not getting bulk billed now as im over the 12 weeks period (even though i think it should be bulked billed as its a post natal issue and i am forever back and forth which i just cannot afford to keep doing and paying for all this meds)
does anyone know anyone to have similar problems (one of my close friends has the same problem and told the same thing as me and she refuses too) my son is only 3 months but now just wishing to TTc another (as im clucky like no tomorrow still! and also pregnancy is heaven to me and i enjoy every bit of it) but dh doesnt want more he thinks 3 is enough but he has said oh maybe in a few years but a few years of bleeding/spotting argh!
i am just a mess IYKWIM i just all over the place cannot sleep, always thinking i even had full bloods testing for worst case things and everything clear which is good but still no answer. its doing my head in not knowing a case or even a treatment without causing such horrible side effects.
maybe is it a good idea to see a gyno or specialist up in perth like a really highly qualified or best their is to solve this i want more people to know too, as i have seen on other sites girls with the same problem and i cannot help them and they chose those horrible life changing decisons which (i say one girl who was 19!) choose an ablation which is not reversable too just to get a normal life again.
sorry to rant, i just dont have many people to talk to about with, some people say its cause by negativity, and i am just making myself bleed! how annoying hey! atleast i can be open and share experiances who others can learn from and maybe help someone.

I used to bleed three weeks out of every four. I ended up going to a naturopath. Never had a problem since.
I found Drs just want to try and alter thing with chemicals whereas a naturopath gives your body things that will assist it to do it on it's own. I won't lie to you, it's expensive but it sounds like you have exhausted all your other options.

thanks i will defently look into it! it makes trying to dtd with dh quite embarrasing it might be gone then afterwards its back like he's cleaned the pipe works lol!
its so annoying been happening since 2008 (except when pg i have a good rest) one of my favourite docs whos gone used to joke saying my body loves being pg!
in summer i always miss out on swimming, i am afraid of being stuck on any pills for the rest of my life, i keep thinking why me?
i wouldnt wish this on someone, this time after ds3 its changed differently from other kids it was more an af flow with spotting, its now just spotting.
i want to know where my af is i get pains on and off the place i think pill swapping has affected it my cycle has never changed always every 28 days even after kids still the same until now. its so confusing cause its always fresh (a vibrant red and pinkish) so its coming from somehwere but had u/s previously and they couldnt tell where.

I have had problems with spotting for the past 6 months. I have had many tests done and my gyno has only just found out the cause which is a low grade cervical infection (caused by my mirena which I have had taken out) in conjunction with an erosion of the cervix. An erosion of the cervix is not a serious condition but it can cause mid cycle bleeding. I am having a minor operation to remove the cervical erosion in July.

my pap smears are all clear had one done only a few weeks ago. bleeding problem has been better behaved. hopefully i am having an af and it hasnt been a week and its very light. so i am hoping it will disappear within the next week.
