embarrasing problem *TMI*

I have just had what I think is thrush. I was treating it last night and I found *tmi* a flap of skin about 1-2cm and what feels like a small lump in it. my vulva very painfull on one side and swolen as well

Could the lump be a pimple? I sometimes get them on the lip area as well and dang it hurts! But if you are worried please get it checked out

I would see someone about it too if it's inside. If on the outer labia could it be an ingrown hair or pimple? If it's so sore it's probably worth seeing someone even just to see if it'd be appropriate to get a local anaesthetic cream until it heals itself. Hope it's better soon.
