when should i expect AF and jumping back in the sack

obviously its different for everyone with DDS, DD1 and DD2 it was around the 6 week mark but i either never bf or gave up quickly, this time we are feeding really well and ive heard this can prolong AFs return.
Also after a c/s when did you start DTD again? I'm far from wanting it but feeling a bit sorry for DH iykwim

No c/s here, so can't answer that (but DD2 was 2 weeks after VB)

My AF came back at 9 months with DS. Praying it holds out longer this time! (like forever!!! )

6 days (hehe). But, to be honest, I barely bled for the first 2 weeks.

About 8 weeks both times - AF didn't return until 9-12 months later. We used condoms until I stopped BF and I gave DP so alternative relief until I was ready to DTD. He was fine with that.

First time - seven weeks for DTD (waited til given the all clear) and 5 months for AF.

This time - five weeks for DTD (to see if it felt ok prior to my check up) and no sign of AF - 11mths on.

I think we waited about 2 weeks (until my Mum was out of the house) to start DTD again after a c/s. But my recovery had been excellent and I had very light bleeding straight out of hospital.

I *think* AF was on her way unfortunately after only 2 months, but I had a Mirena put in at 10 weeks (I'd already had signs that O had happened). I had a very restful baby and with six hour sleeping stretches overnight from one week, so there's no way we could rely on bfing to keep my fertility at bay. It will vary for every Mum though.

Caring for a baby and bfing did hamper my sex drive for a while though. I found I was a bit dry and needed a bit of extra effort to get in the mood. So DP needed to lengthen the seduction!

If you are referring to DTD and not AF, same here. It wasn't very comfortable, you tend to not have a lot of natural lubricant. Have some artificial stuff on hand

As for AF, I'm still getting postpartum bleeding and i'm 5weeks

My natural births it was about 2 weeks.
    My c-sections about 3 - 4 weeks

My post partum bleeding was only heavy for a week and then was very light for a few weeks.
My AF has always returned 6-8 weeks after birth regardless of BF or not
