For me AF usually gets back on track really quickly but the last 6 months after a cluster of m/c's it's all over the place, anything from 24 to 36 days!
Have you had a scan to make sure everything was expelled?

AF has been all over the place since I m/c, end of April (bled for 10 days when I m/c)
AF arrived after that, and stuck around for 11 days
Now she's back again. Four days early. Is this normal? But then, what's normal right?
My normal cycle is 28 days, and she visits for 7-8 days. Last time I m/c, I had a D&C and everything went back to normal straight away. This time I let things happen naturally, and it seems that each month that passes comes a new surprise.
Hope someone can give me some advice.

Sorry for your loss
The first few cycles after my m/c were quite short - about 20 days. The fourth cycle was 28 days.
My first three cycles after m/c were short. There is no norm I think. Your body will do whatever it does until you get back to a normal cycle.
TMS - I haven't had a scan, the GP didn't say anything about one, just a blood test to make sure my levels had gone back to under 2. 24 to 36 days must be driving you bonkers
CM - Did you wait until you got the 28 day cycle before you tried again, or did it just happen that way? Hope you don't mind me asking.
Miss H - See, I didn't want my body doing its own thingI just want it to be what I'm used to! Hehe, too impatient to have things back to my normal.
If it's worrying you I would be asking for a scan, just to make sure everything is gone.
It is a pain when cycles are all over the place, especially when I've always had a text book 28 day cycle so keep getting my hopes up once its over 30+ days but AF keeps showing up!
And with the short cycles I keep missing O.
hope it all settles back to 'normal' soon.
Don't mind at all. It was a bit of both reallyI didn't want to TTC until my cycle was back to normal. That first 28 day cycle was the one where we conceived this baby. I had decided to use OPKs due to those previous short cycles just to see what was going on ovulation wise. I noticed I ovulated around day 14 - because I felt that was getting back to a normal cycle we actively TTC. After 5 months of trying before we m/c it was a nice surprise to fall pregnant quickly.
Maybe request a scan, I had one once all my bleeding stopped![]()
