How do you your tetra snuggle bed?

I bought one bout 4 months ago maybe not sure, anyway it days due to having bark inside to just wipe it down and air regularly.
Problem is DD puked everywhere last night and drenched the snuggle bed and it has to be washed!
So can anyone tell the best thing to do?
I was going to fill up my bath tub and wash it by hand it there then take it outside to air dry..??

Oh and the title was meant to say how do you clean your Tetra snuggle etc lol

I brought mine second hand so I did a bath tub wash with a mild detergent and let it air dry (shaking it when necessary to move the bark).

What you are thinking of sounds good to me.
