it's not a good idea to go overboard cleaning the house, vacuuming & mopping the floors and generally knackering myself BEFORE a visit from 5 under 4 year olds??!! And then a couple of plumbers coming in and out in rainy weather??!!

My clean house!!! There are cake crumbs mushed into the rug, hand prints on my freshly painted walls and my spotless floors are covered in mud & chocolate icing!!

Oh well, it doesn't matter in the scheme of things, but it was lovely for about 30 secs! And then life happened!

Hey, guess what? My house was clean for about an hour yesterday! A whole hour!

Well it was a whole hour where I could walk around without things sticking to my feet!

So you can have a clean floor from which the kids can pick up and eat all the food they drop on it (or is that just when MG visits my house?) LOL
