    Time for a change!

    So I'm starting a lifestyle detox tomorrow lots and lots of changes I'm hoping to make, for my benefit and that of my family.

    Internet time is cutting right back, gonna aim to check it only when DD is in bed at lunchtime and after bedtime at night.

    Fresh fruit and veg will take priority in all meals

    Less tv, more music!

    More outside time, more gardening and being in the fresh air

    More patience with my DD (15 months) which should go part and parcel with less Internet time :S

    Making more effort with other people, make the first contact with friends, ring my family more.

    Spend less money

    Concentrate on what I want in life and being a 'better' person.

    I really want this! I really want more out of my life and to be more grateful
    and engaged.

    What do you think? Anyone else made big changes and felt the better for it??

    I am definately less on the PC and doing more around the house. Cleaning more, ironing up to date etc... I even washed and vac. the car today.

    We have changed our diet too - more fruits, veg & leans meat. Minimal eating out and virtually no take away.

    We feel really good!
