    I feel like humpty dumpty...

as in post birth I don't feel like I was 'put back together again' right..

During pregnancy I suffered from sciatica, cramps behind my knees and hip pain. AND 3 months later I still have all these problems and they seem worse

    HELP!

Even when I do get 3-4hrs sleep with a newborn, I wake up during the sleep constantly cramping and in pain

Going a little nuts from lack of decent sleep here...

That really sucks hun - pregnancy takes so much out of us and everything changes - my foot size changed and I used to over pronate but now my hips have adjusted and I don't anymore. Anyoo - could you start doing some gentle yoga or pilates to build up your core strength. The stretches could help with your hip pain as well. If you have an iphone you could find some free apps - there are heaps out there that are great - otherwise maybe ebay for a dvd or youtube clips. Good luck xoxox

BBB try an osteopath. I swear by mine. I saw a chiro for years and had to go every week (cost me a fortune). I decided to see an osteo for once and saw them for 3 visits and never had to go back for another year. It was heaven to have my back and hip pain gone. They will tell you some simple stretches and exercises to do if you feel it coming on again. Good luck hun

My pains subsided a lot after DD arrived but not completely. I got a lot better once I stopped breast feeding DD at 12 months so a lot of my problem post baby was still hormone related.

I saw a physio throughout my pregnancy and regularly afterwards who specialises in pre and post natal issues. They were amazing. I ended up doing pilates with them too (small group sessions, max of 4 people at a time) for several months (until I fell PG with this baby) and that helped an awful lot. I'd therefore highly recommend a good physio (who is trained in post natal issues) plus pilates.

I hope you get some relief soon. Those pains are awful
