Question Help me not wake up sweating tonight? *maybe TMI*

    Its yuck & I don't like it!

This flu is still here & I've been waking up 3 or 4 times a night, if not more, for 4 or 5 nights in a row now, dripping with sweat

It makes me feel sick, I'm not a fan...

    & its cold...

What will stop it? Too cold for no blanket, panadol doesn't work, doesn't break the fever I guess...

DH is the same. He has had this cold for weeks now. I just wish it would go as it's really draining him.

Hope you recover really soon. Looks like this years colds are going to be a real pain.

I think this is a natural response for your body to fight the cold/flu, so like kelebek said, there probably is not much you can do. I went to the health shop the other day & got a cold & flu syrup in the 'fushion' brand and it knocked my cold within 2 days. It is exxy and tastes terrible but I always get it when I am commencing a cold. I hope you feel better soon
