    Tell me about 'chicken fillets'!

OK, so I've always had a small bust (A cup), which grew to a huge (well to me they were!) B cup while bfing. Since DS has weaned though, not only have I lost what I gained, but I have lost pretty much all of what I had. I always used to wear padded bras but need another solution - there is nothing to 'pad' as I have literally NO bb's! I need something I can wear inside my bra that won't move around or be uncomfortable. All I have seen are inserts that go in the bottom part of your bra to 'boost' what you have but that's no good 'cos I need the whole lot, not just the bottom half, iykwim!

So, tell me, is there something out there that is basically a fake bb? Are the 'chicken fillets' you can buy any good? What brand have you tried and where did you get them? How much? Will they move around or be uncomfy? And do they fit into a regular bra?

    TIA

Have you tried those mermaid / water type bra's? I bought some from bra's n things a little while ago & got properly fitted at the same time!

I'm in the same boat as you, quite flat - but now I'm a c cup!!!!!!

Most of their range is numbered either a 1, 2 or 3 - the higher the number the more cushioning, and they are really comfy too!!

I was gonna mention Intimo one too. They have a mineral oil insert and they really do feel "real".
They have an online catalogue, but you need to order thru a consultant. It's called the "Dream Bra"...

I think the gel/water type bras are the best idea, but was hoping for some kind of insert too so I don't have to go out and buy a whole wardrobe full of new bras!

I have two Intimo Dream Bras and they have been awesome before, but.... are too big now! There's a big gap between the bra and me  If i had an insert, I could wear them (and the rest of my already padded bras) still.

    Can anyone recommend an insert?

I had a good look at those - pretty cool but also pretty $$$!! I ended up getting some (very cheap) inserts, which are ok. They don't move, but my bras are too big still . I bought two great Ambra's yesterday that actually fit rather than gape so feeling a bit better now. I've never been worried about the way I look before now, but it's really upsetting me. DH says after we're done having children I can have surgery if I want as it's upsetting me so much. Feeling a bit guilty about all those things I've thought about women who've done the same in the past (fortunately I don't say anything out loud )
