    Strugglinnnngggg... :(

The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. But walking towards it has become more like wading through thick mud... gah! I only have myself to blame, riding the high of getting good marks in my last couple of assessments, so I've slacked off and been lazy, then suddenly realised that I only have a couple more weeks until my TPS presentation (which I haven't even finished WRITING, let alone MEMORISING well enough to stand up in front of the class and speak!), and I've barely begun researching my major essay, which is something like double the length of our last essay, and it's due in week 11 (I think)... giving me approximately 2 weeks MAX to research if I'm going to leave myself enough time for drafting, polishing and submitting!

Oh dear. I'll never learn, will I? Let's not even mention that I've bailed on maths classes two weeks in a row because I'm sick. to. death. of algebraic EVERYTHING and if I have to look at another exponent, Cartesian plane or stupid fraction, I'm going to punch myself right in the eye....

Give me a kick up the bum, ladies... another late one for me tonight. I really can't afford to slack off and go out with my girlfriends on Saturday night but I'm pretty sure I'm going to explode if I don't take at least one night a week off and get rotten drunk just to take the pressure off! Gah, bring on graduation so I can stop torturing myself with my slackness and having to cram at the last minute every couple of weeks! My thoughts go out to all those who are doing 'real' uni courses and wading through pracs, massive assignments and several subjects at once... you're all very brave, dedicated and awesome ladies! How am I ever going to handle a 'real' uni course if I can barely scrape through the STEPS program?!

I'm a crammer... I know EXACTLY how you feel right now. But you know what, you're totally going to rock it! And when you finally hand in those assigments and holidays begin, you're going to feel like a super hero!
It sucks... but it is worth it!
You can do it.. put your back into it! *singing*

What are you going to study once you've finished steps?

    Another crammer here.

I handed an essay in last week that I started the night before the due date and I have an analysis of a speech in Shakespeare's Richard III due on Tuesday - I have yet to even read the play...

Lol thanks girls So glad I'm not the only one... how do we manage it?! I've finished my TPS writing, just have to read it over and over and over until I memorise it... *sigh*. Have lost some notes for my essay so I'm wracking my brains trying to write down what I already had a couple of weeks ago, ugh! Last night was pretty good, not the best night (friend having boyfriend dramas lol) but I needed to get out and just let my hair down a bit, now the next few weeks I've gotta hit it hard... eep! Lol Telly, that's actually one of my fave dancing songs, will have to pump it when I'm studying from now on to keep me motivated hehe
Thanks, ladies! Good luck to you all with your own studies, crammers unite! xx

I hear you I need to print a read a zillion articles then write a 3000 word assignment in 18 days. Only time I get spare is late evening when both kids In bed (DS2 is a nightmare sleeper) and next 2 weekends ahhhhh. Taking education session today on placement and will just wing it as no time to prepare!!!!
