hi, i had my transfer last friday, but yesterday 7 days later sore n cracked nipples, and then some milky fluid from the breast, could it be early pregnancy symptom?, please help. I have a 15 month old boy from my previous IVF cycle and i stopped breastfeeding him 5 months back
