Does concealer go over or under foundation?

Hmmmmmmmm, it depends on the skin Teni. You can do both.
For minor imperfections, conceal after. Let the foundation do the work for you first and then spot conceal only where you need to. You use less product and you won't be rubbing off all your hard work.
However for clients with major acne, scarring, rosacea etc I colour-correct first and then do foundation.
I have always been taught concealer first!

Yep, dependsI generally do the dark shadows under my eyes before foundation (they take a LOT of covering up lol, and I use a really light concealer that brightens the area up so when the foundation goes over, it still looks nice and light), and blemishes/spots after foundation, because the one I use generally covers most of them up
HTH!
I do before! I do the bags under my eyes and my eyelids and then around my nose and then put on foundation. If I had a blemish though I would prob do it after so there is better coverage.
I do before for dark circles and acne scarring, then foundation, then a few blots again for touch ups. If I'm going out, a small amount of loose powder over the top to set/finish.
I've always done concealer first as it's lighter to cover imperfections then foundation on top to make everything even?
i use it under, cover up dark circles under my eyes then put foundation on
concealer first (I use a green concealer then a skin tone to lessen redness) then foundation on top to blend it all together.
I prime, conceal, foundation, conceal, powder![]()
I usually do concealer under liquid foundation and then touch up over the top. If I'm using a mineral foundation, I'll always conceal under first.
Just be careful when foundation-ing over the top that you don't rub all that concealing away![]()
I would have thought under.
