I occassionally get psoriasis. I've found, by accident, that exposing them to the sun helps them do away. I dont know about other people though. It may be vitamin d related.
Hi All
The last few months DH has broken out in massive Psoriasis patches over his back, tummy and legs. We use Hydrozole cream when it is really bad, and Moo Goo
eczema/psoriasis cream after a few days but it just keeps coming back worse. He did go to the GP and she prescribed a tiny tube of some cream starting with an A (i think) but that does maybe a nights worth of application and she won't give repeats. I am also making him take a inner health tablet daily to help.
Does anyone have any creams/advice they have used that worked.

Blackstrap molasses (taken by mouth). I know it sounds strange, but google it for stories of it fixing psoriasis. GL hun! xo
Would you get that from a healthfood store?
My husband has battled chronic psoriasis, for most of his teenage years and all of his adult life.
He has tried every treatment, every potion, every cream.
UV light treatments as recommended by his skin specialist worked the best, but it would burn the minimal skin not covered by psoriasis- so in the end, not a good treatment.
The cream starting with A, in the tiny tube, worked great- but took ages to apply when the psoriasis is all over his body.
He uses that cream on his face mostly.
His psoriasis seems to be coming good, with NO treatment at all :-)
Good luck Hun- every person in DH's family has had it at one time or another- so please feel free to PM me for advice.
I would be getting him out in the sun as the UV will help heaps. I have it as well and I take methotrexate to treat it. It's a multipurpose drug used to teat arthritis and cancer and it works well. If he has it that bad and that extensive, topical lotions wont really do much so he may need to go for the big guns. Or there are some dietary changes that he could try that may also work.
