That was my AF before kids... after DS was born though that mostly disappeared and they got a lot lighter for me
If it is really unusual for you though, maybe mention it to your dr
Hi All,
Just wanted to know how your 2nd AF was after giving birth.
This AF seems to be heavier, I have more cramping I'm exhausted and my legs ache along with my back. (I normally have a slight ache with AF anyways) or have I forgotten what a pain AF REALLY was?!

Thanks. I feel better after having a sleep so maybe I was just tired? Will mention it tho
Glad you're feeling better, I'm not looking forward to mine returning that's for sure!
I've had terrible AF since giving birth to DS2 over 10mths ago. Af returned about 14ish wks post partum, and has been really heavy, thick and clotty. It lasts 7-8 days. I get horrible back pain, tummy pain and achey muscles in my thighs too. As well as being super sensitive and mooody. Before kids I used to have a 3-4 day period which was fairly light. I didn't get much PMS or mood swings or anything really! I think my hormones have gone a bit bananas!
Mine were really heavy for a few months and then settled down.
Oh 3lilmonkeys - sounds like me this time round. Hopefully your body works itself out sooner rather than later.
Boo @ AF. At least I know to expect my period now lol n don't have pregnancy scares lol
