    breathlessness in 3rd tri?

I have been really breathless today, and just wondering if it is common at this stage.

I am 32 weeks, and have been quite sore (abdominal seperation plus my neuro condition) today, and tired and it's been warm. NOt sure if the breathlessness is due to some of these factors or if it is a pregnancy thing or something i should do something about.

I've been getting breathless alot more often than usual lately but I've put it down to how she's sitting.
I've got my OB appt on the 29th so I'm gonna ask him if it's anything serious or just to keep an eye out

breathlessness in late pregnancy is quite common as the baby grows and takes up space that your lungs would normally have. But as always if you are worried then it's always worth mentioning to your midwife to rule out any other reason.

Thanks. I think bub has changed position so it might be getting closer to my lungs. I think i read that when bubs are in anterior position, you get more rib action so maybe my attemps at optimal fetal positioning are doing something?

i'm seeing my midwife Saturday and will run it by her.

I get breathless if he pushes his bum up inti my lungs and when I get braxton hicks, more with the latter
