    Genie bra?

Just wondering if anyone has bought on of these from the infomercials? I think I'm getting sucked in lol

I'm in desperate need for new bras and the only 2 that were fitting me are now getting very tight thanks to bubs growing lol.

I just wanted to know if they are actually any good or just a con. I've never bought anything off the tv before.

I'm currently a 14F - if that matters at all lol

I actually bough the Ahhh Bra - similar thing, just shown on Channel 7 LOL.

I ummed and arred about it for ages and then decided to make the leap. Overall I'm pretty happy with them. I'm currently a 12E (normally a C cup) and like a lot of support. I find that if I double them up the support is brilliant and I'm also getting the lift and perky look that a maternity bra doesn't give. I've been wearing them everyday for the last couple of months and can see me staying in them till the end of this preg.

My Aunty bought them and said a big waste of money. She is a large size in the breast(not sure what though) and said they do not feel supportive at all.

My Mum loves the Ah bra. Not sure how they work for breastfeeding though.

My mum got one given to her from a friend. It's a medium and doesn't give much support at all. She is considering getting a small, but even then I don' think it would be very supportive. Mum is usually a 14 in tops (medium) and it was too loose and she is a 14D

Yeah I don't think it will work for breastfeeding... But definately more comfy than a mat bra when preggers.

Thanks for the feedback ladies - I didn't even think about googling reviews lol

Do they let you return them for a refund if your not happy?

Personally, I find you need to layer two to get great support. With one, it's not that great, but with two it's fantastic.

Thanks for all the replies. I might pop into big w and try one on - that will be easier than returning them if they aren't what I'm looking for.

Means I can try two on aswell lol

oh boy - my Mum decided to get me some, geez the sizing was completely wrong. She got me a Size L. It was too tiny, I couldnt even put it over my head. So I exchanged and got a 2XL , I decided to go heaps bigger as the L size was tiny. Im an 18E. I take the foamy bits out. Its pretty crap too, not much support . I find myself 'bouncing' around. But I do wear them at home and occasionally to the shops, but only just. Do not get a genie bra if you are busty.

Yeah I think it may have shrunk or maybe Ive just put on weight recently...
