    Unhappy Oh Miss Cassie

    We took our gorgoues girl Cassie to the vet this morning and she's still there, sedated while having x-rays
    They think she may have broken a toe

    On friday we noticed she was limping, then she wasn't weight bearing on her rear leg at all, we thought she might have something stuck from the paddock so we had a feel around and let her be, by the time we checked again saturday the vet was shut so we called first thing this morning.

    Our boy jack is fretting about her not being here and TBH i almost cried leaving her, DD1 got very upset and asked if we could go pick her up again.
    Fingers crossed it's NOT a broken toe or something more serious and she's right as rain as soon as we go get her this afternoon.

    Have to call at 2pm and check on her.

    Oh Miss Cassie what will we do with you, don't you know it's x-mas time

    I feel for you a house is not a home without our furkids!
    My Moet My very loving boy cat went into Vet hostptial one week before Xmas Last year with a kidney infection (due to stress from us dog sitter another dog & not having our dog to himself) & all I kept saying to the vet is he cant be here for Xmas he must be home with us! He has presents waiting for him! We are not sure when/How we will break our baby news to our 3 fur kids, Whiskey, Moet & Molly. However Im sick of older family saying welll thats it tme to get rid of the cats now a real baby is on the way. No we can find a happy medium thanks very much, Bugger off! I hope Ms Cassie has a quick recovery & is annoying for food before you now it ;-)

    Thx everyone, severe infection in her foot $350 later for medicine etc and she should be good in a few days.
