    vomiting and babywearing

I'm looking at getting a carrier but wondered what you do if you have a bub that is a bit of a chucker?

Oddly enough mine never chucks when he's in his ergo, even if he's not asleep (which is rare) - but he chucks just about everywhere else. Other than that, a bib or a cloth for him to lay his head on should do the trick...

Mine was a chucker but oddly like the others didn't much in the sling. I'd just put a bib on and hope that caught most of it.

I wore DD in a close carrier a lot and she was a happy chucker until around 6 months. I would generally put a folded muslin between me and her to catch anything so my clothes didn't end up covered, but sometimes there were some doozies! Just had to make sure it was pulled taut so it didn't bunch up and get in her face in any way.

My dd just pukes all over the carrier. She turns her head so I can't predict where it will land, and it's too hot for extra padding.

It's easier just to carry a small cloth to wipe up the spills (she does really watery spews).

yep, you need at least 4. home carrier, bag carrier, car carrier + a spare.
But also towels etc. DD actally threw up down my back the other day. and it wasn't 'baby' vomit either. ew.

A close carrier is really easy to wash and dry.
