    Tiny blood clot

Okay, so I'm 33 weeks, just went to pee and there was a tiny blood clot on the tissue when I wiped. I wiped a couple more times and nothing else. Is this something to worry about? Am I losing plug already?

I'm not sure hun but call your car provider asap just to be safe.

Is your placenta well & truly out of the way of your cervix? The plug is more jelly like with maybe streaks of blood through it, I've never had clots

It could be a bit of plug, but I've heard that it's normal to lose a bit of plug in the last trimester.
Maybe give your OB or MW a ring.

Darn I should have kept it to describe. Didn't think about it! I had an OB appointment yesterday and everything was going very well. Not sure whether to wait and see or call.

If it was only a little bit & you're feeling ok maybe see what this arvo brings but any more and I'd definitely call.

DTD or having a bowel motion can also cause bleeding which is localised to the vagina or cervix?, but doesn't cause any issues for baby.
