Sleepy Wrap - Now called the Boda Wrap

Yep! I have one and used it extensively with DS2. The company has changed names so its now called the Boda Wrap. I found it so much more comfortable than the other structured baby carriers. You can wrap baby as tightly or loosely as you both feel is comfortable. Seriously - it was the best baby item that was recommended to me. Can't wait to use it again!

Only issues with it were that, initially - it can be a bit fiddly to get the wrapping sorted - but after a few goes you get really quick at it. And secondly, if you have a summer baby, or close to summer baby, it can get a bit too hot for them. I had DS2 at the end of Oct, and by Dec I could really only wear it inside air conditioning or outside in the evenings or cooler days. (I always took it with me grocery shopping!)

Would be ideal for a winter baby, or baby born at the end of summer, as you would then be able to wear it right throughout Autumn, winter and into spring.

    Hope this helps!

    :-)

PS - it does of course encourage them to sleep! Just like being in the womb...

stretchy wraps like this are the bomb for newborns. There are several brands around, all basically the same thing. maybe have a look and see if there's a particular colour you like

It's reeeeeeally easy to make your own. I did, and loved it.
