Well I ever be the same again?

Just souring through all my pre-pregnancy clothes and none of my pants fit.... Did you ever go back or is your shape changed forever? Should I just rehome them? Or will I fit them again?

I used to be a size 10 but put on 20 kg while preg and am now 10 kg less so more a size 12/14 now.
    Also I'm not breastfeeding.

I am fitting happily in my prepregnancy clothes, and could do so before I went back to work (Liebs was a year old at that point). Some women do go back to their old shape easily, others struggle a bit - but 3 weeks post birth is early for most normal mortals to fit into pre-pregnancy clothes.

Celebrities have corsetry, dieticians and personal trainers to get them back into shape in a very small space of time. Don't go by glossy magazines as a guide.

Lol yeah I realise that 3 wks is early I was wondering if I should hang onto my clothes or if my body is likely to stay this way .

Give yourself some time. In a few weeks time you will be able to start exercising (most health professional recommend waiting until your baby is 6 weeks old) and there are lots of mums n bubs exercise or yoga classes around that will help you tone up. Your baby is still so very young, please don't put any pressure on yourself to have a pre baby figure yet as it is perfectly normal for it to take some time. It will happen as long as you eat right and exercise

Definitely hang onto them I put on about 30kg with Moo and though it took time (6 months) the weight did come off. It's hard when you're in that inbetween stage where you're out of maternity clothes but can't fit into your old stuff

Yep hold on to them, as further down the track they may very well come in handy and it would be a pain to have to buy new ones!
