Dear Self;

Please relax!
Pregnancy does not start the same way everytime.
No two women have the exact same labour and birth story.
Every twinge, every ache is not the beginnings of the end pregnancy.
Relax, calm down and stopping overthinking every darn thing.
It doesnt help it only stresses you out and disappoints you in the end.
Enjoy the rest of this pregnancy, sprout wil arrive when they are ready.
Enjoy the end of this stage and prepare to celebrate the next stage of life.
If you cant listen to anyone else, please listen to yourself, trust in yourself, and relax woman!
