AFTER ovulation pain..

**didnt know where to put this, sorry..**

I O'd 2 days ago, (i dont chart, i go off dates and cm) and this morn i woke with pain on the one side,.. not cramping but like a tight, full pressure feeling across. i dont recall ever having this before, but is it normal to get post ovulation pains? i dont get them before ovulation.
i have lower back pain as well but im not sure that would have anything to do with it..

any thoughts would be helpful

It's super normal and it makes it hard to pin point ovulation - I swore I ovulated last Friday but it seems I did Wednesday. I have quite bad pain on ovulation day and following it. Feels like my ovaries are ready to burst.
