    Tearing

How do I get the tearing scars to soften? I know there are creams for scars but can you put them on vagina?

No you cant unfortunately. I went back to my OB about 6m after my DD1 was born with this problem, and the scar was painful still, attempting sex was agony. She referred me to a womens health Physio who did directed ultrasound therapy.. it was brilliant i had to go in for a course of treatments ( it was free from memory) over about 8 weeks, but the pain went the scar softened and DD2 was born 2 and a bit years later with no tearing at all.

In capsules. A chemist or health food shop should have them Just break the capsule open with a pin or something sterile, and massage the oil in. The massage is the most important part. With any scar tissue, it actually needs to be touched and massaged often to soften it and help it heal and reconnect nerve endings, do spend time each night doing that
