    Sleep troubles

    Someone come knock me out! the last week no matter how hard i try i cant sleep til around 2-3am and then have to get up to 4 kids!
    ive been excersizing which i never usually do (biking 4-6km, walking 2km and wii fit daily) nothing else is new so not sure whats causing it but its driving me nuts
    what are some natural ways of making me sleep as id prefer not to have to get sleeping tablets

    When do you exercise? I read somewhere that you should stop exercising 4 hrs prior to sleeptime. Also, are you drinking caffeine in the evening?

    I exercise mainly in the morning and early afternoon.
    I dont drink any caffine at all

    Where do you get brauers from?

    Have you tried all the usual stuff - warm milk, warm bath, no TV/books etc while in bed (i.e. use the bed only for sleep)...?

    ARe you worried about stuff? Keep a notepad by the bed to write your worries on.
