Hi there,
Í am in the market for some new skincare (just over "using up what's in the bathroom cabinet") and was wondering if anyone uses or has used Dermalogica at all? If yes can you let me know if it is any good and if it's worth the money as I have heard that it is quite expensive
I love dermalogica. I have very sensitive skin so I buy all the sensitive stuff and it's good. It is expensive, but I don't think it's as bad as some of the other brands. I buy it on strawberrynet so it's not too bad
While I haven't had much luck with the cleansers and moisturisers, there are a couple of Dermalogica products that I love and repurchase:
Multi-active Toner: very refreshing, makes your skin feel amazing.
Skin Prep Scrub: a great exfoliant, quite gentle.
Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque: like a big drink. Seriously good after a few late nights or if your skin needs a pick-me-up.
The line is kinda exxy but you can get it cheaper if you buy from a reputable overseas skincare or beauty site. I've had bad experiences with strawberrynet (fakes) but I know others who haven't had any issues.
Another option is to get a travel size or 'try it' pack from a salon - that way you can get a good feel for an entire skincare routine without having to invest big bucks only to find it doesn't work for you.
Thank you both for your replies. I am so unsure as to what to get, and have been checking out quite a few options. Sukin being another. Great tip on asking salons if they have trial packs as I have been burnt in the past with some brands and had to return products to major stores as they were too hash for my skin. Again, thanks and I will definitely keep looking and maybe do some testing
