    Stress and AF

How stressed would you have to be for it to affect AF? I'm 4 days late which is odd for me - I'm usually clockwork... So I'm wondering if stress could be affecting it or if it could be something else. Thing is I really don't think, I'm that stressed, though I have started uni recently which I suppose could be a stressor. But even if I'm not feeling bothered by it could it still be throwing my cycle out? I always thought it had to be really big stress to interfere with AF.

you can also have it thrown out of whack with being sick, or a change of people (most likely female) you associate with cause then you can sync with them...

Not sick that I know of and not changed any particular company - hanging out with some new people but no one person more often if that makes sense.

Sometimes you can have an anovulatory cycle for no particular reason which can throw AF timing out.

Is that more likely in the months following an egg pickup cycle maybe?

Okay because I had an egg pickup late Jan... Maybe it's still messing with me.

I know what you mean. I did one early January. My current AF is bizarre. It was 10 days late and so light, with no cramps or sore boobs but I have been bleeding for 10 days

It's just annoying because now I'm always paranoid about it turning up when I'm unprepared!
