We touched on the themes of fear and anxiety in birth and how men should only attend the birth if they are not anxious, worried or fearful (or they are willing to supress those emotions so they can properly support their partner).

There are some lovely bits from "Men at Birth" writer, Brenton Jones, where he discusses the birth of his daughter in the father-in-laws toilet...
