Accupuncture cured everything for me. I'm sure it can help headaches too?
Are you getting enough rest? I'm assuming not, so that might also help.
Hope you find something that works.
Headaches during pregnancy can be even more frustrating as there are only a few options you can rely on that are safe for baby. What do/did you do to help with your headaches, and what worked best?

Another huge fan of acupuncture here FabFiona!
I suffered from headaches terribly when pg with DD and had acupuncture treatment, and I also had some temporary pins left in to help curb them. They were just above my boobs, and you could barely notice them. They worked wonders for me!
Hope you feel better soon Kelly![]()
Lots of trips to the day spaand sleep!
Cold compresses worked a treat for me.
Also for some reason icy poles. But I think everyone is unique, so have fun experimenting with all the suggestions![]()

Osteopathy. My Osteo is a miracle worker!
I had migraines in the first trimester and my SIL recommended Po Ho Oil by A.Vogel. You just rub it into your neck and temples and it works wonders. Highly recommend it!
There are accupressure points on your heels. Finger & thumb either side of the heel and rub, you will find the sore points that correlate to where your headache is, massage for 10 mins (or get somebody else to if you can't quite reach). This info was from my yoga teacher who also specialises in prenatal/pregnancy yoga.
Some great ideas, however there are massage points around your feet/ ankles that can stimulate contraction so considering a second opinion could be useful (unless close to full term- could be quite useful! )
Acupuncture. Water. Eating regularly. And not bending over heaps in one day.
