I dont think there's anything you can do other than eat healthy food and make sure you're getting lots of vitamins & minerals & rest. Some women have worse hair loss than others. I know my hairdresser has helped post partum women buy wigs, it got so bad for them.
Agree with L&B about good nutrition. I find that has a huge effect.
With DD1 and DS I lost tonnes. Like handfuls every time I touched my head. This time I was ready and cut my hair really short. I''ve hardly noticed any.
I lost ALOT of hair after dd1. i thought id go bald!! i didnt have much to start with as it so thin! Vitamin B and general healthy diet etc. It didnt happen with DD2!!
I was just going to ask how old your LO is as i remember getting to the 3-4 month post birth stage and my hair falling out big time. I took extra vitamins and made sure my diet was healthy and it made a difference.
Thanks LMS, Daylen will be 4 months this week. I remember it being bad at about this time with Cooper but not this bad! I also fell pregnant again when Coops was 5 months so that stopped it because my hair got all full and lush again haha I'm NOT getting pregnant again to fix it haha
