Girl names!

Hello all

Well, DH is adamant that the boy name we chose when we were pg with DD is still the way to go if Pud is a boy (although I'm not sold... he wants to name him after his favourite German football player who is now a bit of a womanising has-been... don't get me started...).

It was so easy to choose DD's name - Amelia (Teutonic - work of God) Mary (for both of our Mums - Maria and Marion). We have settled on a few girl's names that we like and I'm just wondering what you guys think?

Ava (French - song of joy)
Gabriella (Hebrew - strength of God)
Michaela (Hebrew - like God)
Naomi (Hebrew - pleasant)

All with the middle name Rose, simply because I like it and it goes with all four first name options.

We have quite a strong-sounding last name with an unusual combination of consonants so I'm a bit hesitant about Gabriella.

I think Rose goes well with all of those names, but I like Gabrielle the least. Michaela, though it is getting slightly dated. I love Hebrew names too .
