Natural ways to soothe a sore throat?

My throat is feeling a little burnt from a lot of vomiting.

I've tried manuka honey and it works well for a little while but doesnt offer long term relief.

    Any ideas? TTC/pregnancy friendly please.

Gargle with warm water with a tiny bit of salt or bicarb added. Hope it's feeling better soon!

Or soak some rice in warm water and salt. Drain the water off and gargle the salty rice water. The starch helps. Old Asian remedy...

place the juice of half a lemon and about 10g (one of those individual size honey sachets which is about a teaspoon) of honey into a mug of boiling water. Add more honey if it is too tart for you. Honey alone has never worked for me but the lemon and honey together works a treat!
