Clothes swap parties - anyone??

You know the ones where everyone bring clothes they are no longer wanting but still in good condition and you all swap with each other to make up new outfits etc.

I was thinking about organising one with some friends, not sure if it sounds like a really dodgy way to swap clothes to new stuff or whether it would be fun.

Has anyone had one or been to one? What was it like? Were they any "rules" as such to swapping clothes/shoes/accessories etc???

I went to one a few years ago. It was good. A few bottles of champers can help

The same friend organised another one a few months ago, but I couldn't make this one. This time there was an adults & a kids pile.

Only rule I remember is that anything left over went to vinnies.
