Since I've had my gorgeous DS2 I've noticed my pubic bone area is sometimes weak or sore? I notice it especially if I've been active or on my feet a lot and also find I have difficulty doing some exercises. (mainly those that involve lifting my legs while lying down iykwim) Any idea what it cold be or what I could/should do about it?
I had something similar soon after birth, felt like my pubic bone was still shifting, I would get pain when I walked especially if I took large steps. I was looking at seeing a chiropractor but it seemed to improve.
I would probably suggest seeing a physio or chiropractor, something might still be out slightly from the birth which may be causing the soreness.
