Have you had your wool doona dry cleaned?

Reason I ask is I had mine done this week. Sure it's been a while but we've had it done multiple times before.
On Friday night I though the cotton cover was a bit bunchy, and thought it must have stretched a bit but I went to put it in the cover yesterday and it's shrunk by about 30cm on both sides and length! It only barely covers the top of the king bed. It feels like the wool has felted inside.
That shouldn't happen, should it?
I'm going to ring them tomorrow but not sure what I should say. I'm going to have to buy a new one as it certainly won't cover 2 people laying on the mattress.

Oh no!! For it to felt its been done in hot wash etc...I'd be asking them to pay for it!

Olive that's what I figured (after having felted a few wool shorties myself). I hope they will.
