UTI and hcg

I was put on antibiotics last night for a UTI and I have had brown discharge for the last few days. Is this due to the UTI? should I be concerned?

We also thought we were 8 weeks 5 days from my LMP, but the ultrasound suggested 5 weeks 6 days and we saw the heartbeat but she wasn't 100% on the date. The hcg levels were 3800 on may 24th and they were 6000 last night. Did this all sound normal? I'm a bit of a worry wart haha

Cathart- that's a massive variance in dates...when did you find out? I'm also very concerned at those hcg results, there were 11 days between tests? Hcg doubling times for hcg between 1200-6000 is 72-96 hours. Over 6000 its greater than 96hours.
I'm really sorry, I hope it works out for you I think you should have another scan ASAP.

We had another scan which put us at 7 weeks not 5 weeks 6 days. My doctor was happy with the hcg levels being what they were up until 6 weeks where she said that we will go by ultrasound now that we've seen the heartbeat. I still have a bit of spotting but she wasn't concerned by it. We have another scan in two weeks to confirm the dating to see whether the doctors want to keep my due date with my LMP or go by the scan EDD. she said because my period was a little irregular sometimes (a few days out every now and then) my ovulation times could be different. But overall everything is looking great!
I just want to get past this trimester, it can be so stressful!
