DS swimming lessons in hydrotherapy pool??

    HI,

I am 12.5 weeks pg, have had NT scan and all is well & healthy with bubs. I take DS to swimming lessons at a hydrotherapy pool which is 32-33 degrees. I haven't taken him since being pg MIL has as i have not been well. I am planning to take him today as i am feeling better and want to start again, but after some feedback on whether you believe it safe or not?? I presumed it would be fine as long as if i felt hot, dizzy, unwell etc i got out?? Called the local maternity unit and theywere a bit useless but basically said what i was thinking.... TIA

I think it would be fine. I took DS swimming in the same environment while pg with DD without incident. I've never heard anything to say it wasn't safe.

That's still below body temperature so it would be fine. I would worry about a spa or anything over 37 degrees.

That temp is fine it's when the water is really hot like in a spa that it's a worry, I was in the water with my kids while pregnant and it was nice being in the water.
