Sore boobs

Hey girls got a quick question I was layin on the couch asleep
When I was woken by a pain in my boobs and the only way to get rid of
The pain is soothing them under warm water in the shower I normally get
Sore boobs a week b4 AF but this pain is just like the pain I had when I was
Pregnant with my daughter 8yrs ago and since having her iv nevered
Felt this pain again could this be a sign I'm pregnant? Also my boobs look like
A road map cos I can see my vains and some r popped up big
